Teaneck Office

This project is located on a corner lot at the North End of the City.  Its bulk creates a terminus for the Business District as one approaches from the South, and a Threshold into the area as one enters from the North. The design coincides with the proposed modifications to the Master plan of Teaneck in an effort to advance the development of the pedestrian nature of their commercial avenues.
