The existing house was expanded to include 3 bedrooms and a large master
bedroom suite. The interior space is illuminated by an arch window over the main staircase. The house was massed to incorporate the garage and new expanded second floor into one homogenous scheme. The first floor features a separate mudroom entrance with direct access to garage and backyard.
